Yeah. Well, the same people who made KotOR are making it, so it should be EPIC! It won't fail like Star Wars Galaxies (they had a great idea there though).

I can watch that trailer over and over. If the game is half as epic as that trailer, then I would still play. Bioware will pull through though. They always do.

man galaxies was such a disapiontment. it wasn't just a good idea. for the first few months it was amazing. then came the updates and everthing fell apart

I never played it, is that a good thing?

I was like a week from having money to go buy it and my friend told me the game was a failure. Basically everyone ends up Jedi and bounty hunters. It kind of failed at life. Very good idea, though. Hopefully tOR (like KotOR without the Ko) will be better.

I will have to lower my respect for humanity another notch if people are actually referring to it as "tOR".

No one is actually calling it that yet, that I know of. I just said it because I'm too lazy to actually write out "The Old Republic" every time I want to refer to it.

heh, it took me like 12 minutes to get it just right, and someone has to do it since Patches doesn't post. But really, has Bioware let us down before? I don't know what games they've made.

wow! ok bioware did such games as Mass Effect and Jade Empire. never played jade empire but Mass Effect was suposed to be really good

I want Mass effect, but since they /had/ to put partial nudity into the game, my parents won't let me have it. Stupid pervs, ruining what would be an awesome game for the rest of us....

meh. there is something to be said for making a game more realistic. Although in the case of such games as Soul Calibur 4, yeah, they make me freak'in angry.

oh I know, but fallout 3 has hookers too because that's realistic, but they don't show anything whatsoever, so it doesn't put "Partial nudity" on the rating. That way my mom will get me the game. That way I can get the gameplay, and just avoid the hookers anyway. Yes there is a thing for making games realistic, but not the point so that people who have parents like mine won't be able to play awesome games. Fallout 3 has a good balance, also because those things shouldn't be seen anyway, but sex makes money, so I won't get my way, will I?

*sigh* probably not no. such a shame too....i wanted to play Soul Calibur 4.

Well, the last post for this was like 20 years ago. I'm at college, so no, I've heard no news. But Bioware also made KotOR, which is an absolutely EPIC game!
